We engaged Simon of EGC Building P/L on a friend’s recommendation initially to renovate our ensuite which Simon helped us re-design using the same footprint. We were so happy with the result we engaged Simon to renovate our bathroom, toilet & laundry some months later. We were equally as happy with the modernisation of our home due to his workmanship and expertise. Simon always makes himself available for any queries and guidance. We didn’t hesitate to engage Simon to renovate our office area and, once again, we worked together trouble shooting small problems along the way. Simon and Mark built a deck and fly-over roof for me. I am very happy with the result. The workmanship was outstanding and I had comments from other building professionals that the quality of the build is very high. Although we had some trouble with the electrician, the problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Simon. I would recommend Simon and his team to anyone who needs work done.

Simon’s workmanship is second to none. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He has done a number of jobs for us. One in particular, I bought a glass shower screen and when the company tried to fit it they drilled holes in my new tiles, spent a few hours trying to fit it only to take it down again and tell me it was impossible to fit as my floors were uneven. Simon came to the rescue, fitted it perfectly in no time and saved the day.

Very happy with all scope of work. It looks like they do each job like they will do it for themselves. They had to knock down my gate to let heavy machinery in, afterwards they put it in the place and lower I down for the dog not to get thru. Before was too high so I had to cover the opening at all times. And I haven’t even ask for it. Smart, quick and great job.

My wife and I are delighted with the workmanship and professionalism of Simon Green at EGC and his trades; the renovation of two bathrooms at our rental property is exceptional. Simon was courteous, prompt and professional in all matters, a dream to work with. Although we were fully engaged in selection of fittings and fixtures, and were able to visit during critical phases, we were not able to oversee what was happening during each stage of work since we do not live nearby.
